Grand Opening of Mama’s African Kitchen
The Best of Africa’s Food Group is hosting a grand opening of Mama's African Kitchen restaurant at 205 West Griggs Street in Urbana, IL on December 6, 2022, at 12pm.
Urbana, IL., November 25, 2022. Mama’s African Kitchen will be opening its doors for the first time on December 6, 2022. The public is invited to celebrate the occasion by dining in and enjoying our fresh, African cuisine. The event will start at 12pm. Mama’s African Kitchen is situated adjacent to The Best of Africa’s Food Store in Urbana, IL.
“Our goal is to merge African culture through food and entertainment into our community” said Memoire Mabiza, co-owner of The Best of Africa’s Food Store. “We took our time to bring staple African dishes to the menu, we want to invite families and the community members to our grand opening.”
Mama’s African Kitchen is an African restaurant that aims to promote health, quality, and dedicated service to the Champaign-Urbana community. The restaurant also features an event space, catering services and event décor services from co-owner Chez Lisa Loboko.
